How the Government Grant Works
The Support for the Rental and Acquisition of Industrial Space scheme provides up to €300,000 in financial support over a six-year period:
- Years 1–3: Cash grants
- Years 4–6: Tax credits
- Maximum support per year: €50,000
- Total maximum support: €300,000
This support can be applied to both purchasing and leasing of industrial property.
Who Is Eligible for the Grant?
The scheme is open to SMEs employing up to 250 full-time staff and operating in the following sectors:
- Manufacturing
- Artisanal production
- Industrial packaging
- Repair of vehicles, machinery, or electrical equipment
- Industrial laundry services
Businesses must apply after signing a promise of sale but before the final contract is completed.
