1. Promoter
The competition is organised by Ben Estates Limited, with registered office in Malta.
2. Eligibility
- Open to residents of Malta and Gozo aged 18 and over.
- Employees of Ben Estates, its partners, affiliates, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
- Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.
3. How to Enter
To enter the competition, participants must complete all steps outlined on the official competition landing page, which may include actions such as:
- Following designated social media pages
- Submitting their name, email address, and/or mobile number in the form found here.
- Subscribing to one or more marketing newsletters
Incomplete entries will not be considered valid.
4. Giveaways
Giveaway details will be clearly described on the competition landing page. Availability and terms of use are subject to the giveaway provider’s own terms and conditions.
Ben Estates does not accept responsibility for any changes, cancellations, or issues related to the giveaway once it has been awarded.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
- The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
- The winner will be contacted via the contact details provided on the entry form.
- If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, Ben Estates reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
- The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
