Bernard Mangion elected as Vice President of MDA’s Estate Agent Section

At the recent annual general meeting of the Malta Developer’s Association’s estates agent section held Thursday 9th May of 2024, Bernard Mangion, our founder here at BENESTATES was elected as Vice President of the association.

Bernard was first elected as council member of MDA’s Estate Agent Section in 2018 and was then treasurer in 2020. The prestigious role reflects Bernard’s’ dedication to the real estate industry and positions him to drive positive change within our community. Bernard has worked in various sectors of the Real Estate industry for over 20 years, establishing BENESTATES in 2008. He has successfully driven the company to be one of the fastest growing property consultancy companies on the island.

Michael Bonello was elected as head, while Alan Grima as treasurer. Joining them on the council are David Aquilina, Stefan Consiglio, Stephen Mercieca, George Vassallo, Henry Zammit, and Sam Zammit.

MDA CEO Leon Chetcuti highlighted the association’s crucial role in supporting the growth of Malta’s real estate industry. He emphasized the significance of the Estate Agents Section (EAS), which is now the largest association representing estate agents in Malta and Gozo. Chetcuti also noted the significant progress made to improve services to both the industry and the general public.
